Below is the game information for Saturday 10/13/18 Homecoming

Game Times – ATHLETES MUST ARRIVE 1 HOUR PRIOR TO GAME TIME TO CERTIFY

Tykes-10:30 am

Rookies-12:00 pm

Juniors-2:00 pm

All Certified Volunteers must show their certified online profile through the TYFA app.

Admission: $4 gate fee for ages 6 and up. GATES will open to Spectators at 9:00am.

Only Certified Volunteers with a 2018 TYFA badge & Athletes playing at this field will not be charged an entrance fee at the gate.

Special thanks to our volunteers that have assisted in helping make this event a success.

STADIUM/ FIELD RULES:
1. Parking will be at the parking lot by the stadium or the parking lot located on the other side of the tennis courts. – No Parking in the fire lanes or along the curbs, you will be towed.
2. Only badged/certified Staff and currently playing/cheering children allowed on the field.
3. Both Teams are to sit on the Stadium seating on the Main Field. (Visitors side closest to Scoreboard)
4. Setting up and watching the game from outside the field gate and around the perimeter of the field is PROHIBITED.
5. SITTING OR PLAYING AROUND UNDER THE STANDS IS PROHIBITED!
6. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS – THIS INCLUDES SUNFLOWER SEEDS. We will have full concession INCLUDING DATRIN’S FAMOUS TURKEY LEGS. – NO SPECTATOR ICE CHESTS. Team Snacks allowed.
7. NO WHISTLES OR AIR HORNS.
8. NO PETS
9. Seating: Please bring chairs for seating, there is no seating provided, Facility Bathrooms, Handi-cap accommodations.
10. Canopies/Tents allowed
11. PLEASE HELP KEEP THE FIELD CLEAN AND PLACE YOUR TRASH IN THE APPROPRIATE RECEPTACLES, PICK UP YOUR AREA BEFORE YOU LEAVE.(IT IS IMPERATIVE YOU EXPRESS TO YOUR SPECTATORS THAT THEY NEED TO PUT THEIR TRASH IN THE PROPER CONTAINERS AND HELP KEEP IT CLEAN INCLUDING BATHROOMS!!!)
12. NO TOLERANCE POLICY – Keep your attitude and behavior appropriate. – Heckling and inappropriate unsportsmanlike remarks/behavior from ANYONE will result in you and/or your guests to be asked to leave. This includes bickering among each other or with opposing team spectators, players, coaches. DO NOT YELL REMARKS out to the Players, Coaches or Refs!
13. HALF TIME SNACKS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE FIELD, THEY MUST BE EATEN AWAY FROM THE FIELD. DISCARD SNACK TRASH APPROPRIATELY. YOU ARE ALLOWED TO HAVE A CANOPY ON THE FIELD FOR YOUR PLAYERS/CHEERLEADERS. YOU MAY NOT STAKE THE CANOPY DOWN ON THE FIELD.
14. ONLY WATER/CLEAR LIQUIDS ALLOWED ON THE FIELD/SIDELINE. WATER REFILL AVAILABLE NEAR THE STANDS OR IN CONCESSION. (You must provide your own ice, coolers and water bottles.)
15. Once the last game is over – Everyone must vacate the property as quickly as possible – the stadium attendant will close/lock the front vehicle entrance/exit gates shortly after the last game. Your help in cleaning around your area as you are leaving will be greatly appreciated to help our staff get out quickly as well.
