GAME TIMES:Please Pay close attention to Game Times

Rookies: 2:30 PM

Arrival time for all teams will be 1 hour before scheduled game time. Cheer
should arrive 15 min before the start of their game.

NOTE: Pregame certification is scheduled 1 hour prior to game start time for
Flag – Junior Teams. An athlete may not be able to play if they are not
present when it is conducted. All equipment such as cleats, mouth pieces,
pads, and glasses will be inspected for safety at this time.

FIELD RULES:
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS of any kind (except one cooler per team)
NO PETS
NO Smoking or alcohol on school property including the parking lot
NO Whistles or Air Horns
Parents are not allowed on the field, only certified athletes and badge staff
members
Please make sure to pick up any trash before leaving the facility

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Setting up and watching the game from outside the field gate and around the
perimeter of the field is PROHIBITED.

UNDER 5: Free
6 YR – 17 YR: $3.00
ADULT:
18 YR – 64 YR: $4.00
65 and Up: Free

SEATING:
Stadium style/bleacher seating is available, no chairs needed.
Canopies/tents are allowed on the top level of the bleachers/stands ONLY
A tent for the athletes and cheerleaders can be placed on the field beyond
the announcers’ box.
Full concession stand onsite (Must purchase tickets at the entry gate)
Restrooms onsite

CONDUCT: Parents, Coaches, Volunteers, Players and all fans are expected to
behave appropriately. This includes no heckling, inappropriate
unsportsmanlike remarks/behavior, bickering among each other or with opposing
team spectators, players, coaches, and yelling negative remarks to the
players, coaches, and/or referees.

NOTE: Failure to follow Organization, TYFA or school district rules and
regulations could result in being removed from the venue, fined, or arrested.
